The Kathleen Hurd Project 2 Scholarship

This scholarship has been named after Kathleen Hurd who was in our very first Project 2 class in 2020. She has been a driving force in what makes Project 2 what it is today. She graduted from the program and went on to be a mentor and friend to all of the futrure graduates inspining the whole community with her kindness, grace and leadership. We are honored to have her in the Project 2 community and our hope is many other women will follow in her footsteps.

The scholarship is designed to support individuals committed to enhancing their personal and/or professional well-being by promoting a healthier lifestyle and expanding their opportunities.

Individuals who completed the Project 2 workshop and also completed the Golden Goals Mentorship Program are eligible to apply.

Award funds may be applied toward wellness and professional related expenses such as further education, certifications, programs, equipment, or other activities that support a lifestyle rooted in health, growth and possibility, creating lasting wellness for them and their communities.
